Terms & Conditions

This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit palaziomensclub.com (the “Site”), book reservations, join our email/SMS lists, apply for a job, or interact with us offline at the club. This policy does not cover third-party sites or services we don’t control.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing palaziomensclub.com or visiting Palazio Cabaret (the “Venue”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or services.

Eligibility & Entry

  • Venue entry is 21+ with a valid, physical government-issued ID.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service for any lawful reason.

Reservations, Packages & Minimums

  • A valid payment method is required; chargebacks may lead to ban or collections.

Pricing, Taxes & Gratuity

  • Prices, fees, cover charges, and promotions may change without notice.
  • Applicable taxes and service charges apply.

Conduct, Safety & Prohibited Items

  • Zero tolerance for harassment, threats, or illegal activity; violations may result in removal without refund.
  • No outside alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, large bags, or professional recording gear.
  • Follow staff instructions and posted policies at all times.

Dress Code & Photography

  • Dress code: upscale casual (details in FAQ).
  • No unauthorized photography or recording of staff or entertainers. Management may require deletion of unauthorized content.

Re-Entry & Capacity

  • Re-entry and line priority are at management’s discretion.
  • Entry is not guaranteed at peak times—even with a reservation—until capacity allows.

Shuttle & Transportation

Complimentary shuttle (when offered) is provided “as available,” first-come, first-served. Palazio is not a common carrier and is not liable for delays, route changes, or availability.

Website Use

  • The Site and its content are provided “as is.” Do not attempt to scrape, interfere with, or misuse the Site.
  • All trademarks, logos, and content are the property of Palazio or its licensors.

Third-Party Services

We may link to third-party sites/services (e.g., reservation platforms). We are not responsible for their content or policies.

Disclaimers

Except as prohibited by law, services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Events, lineups, hours, and promotions are subject to change.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Palazio and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or Venue, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Palazio harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Site/Services or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Texas law. Venue for disputes is Travis County, Texas. You agree to personal jurisdiction there. (Optional: insert arbitration clause if desired.)

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
