What are your hours?
Sunday-Thursday: 12pm – 2am.

What’s the age requirement?
21+ with a valid, physical government-issued ID (no photos or expired IDs).
Do you have a dress code?
Yes—upscale casual. No athletic shorts, tank undershirts, flip-flops, or excessively baggy/soiled clothing. Management has final say.
Is photography allowed?
No, for the privacy of our guests and entertainers, filming and photography are strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in removal from the club.
Is re-entry allowed?
Generally yes, but it may be restricted due to special events, capacity, security concerns, or the venue’s discretion.
How can I book a free ride?
Complimentary shuttle service Tuesday and Thursday – Saturday starting at 8pm. Click here for more information.
Is there parking?
Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are not required. We suggest VIP tables and parties of 6 or more to call or reserve online.
Can you host bachelor/birthday/corporate parties?
What packages do you offer?
We offer three premium bottle service packages designed for groups who want to party in style.
- Silver Package ($700): Includes 2 bottles of your choice, $5 off cover, shuttle service, prioritized seating. Recommended for up to 6 guests.
- Gold Package ($975): Includes 3 bottles, 1 bottle of house champagne, $5 off cover, shuttle service, and prioritized seating. Recommended for up to 10 guests.
- Platinum Package ($1350): Includes 4 bottles, 2 bottles of house champagne, $5 off cover, shuttle service, and top-tier priority. Recommended for up to 15 guests.

Do you serve food at Palazio?
Yes! Our full kitchen is open nightly and serves up a delicious mix of elevated club fare and late-night favorites.
Can I order food at my table?
Absolutely. All of our food is available for tableside service.
What kind of food do you serve?
Our menu features bold, satisfying options including shrimp cocktail, steak nachos, wings, flatbreads, and more. From handhelds to hearty plates, everything is made fresh and designed to pair perfectly with your drinks and the Palazio atmosphere.
Do you have any food specials?
Yes! We offer rotating weekly specials, including:
- Lunch Specials Wednesday & Thursday (e.g., steak or flatbreads for under $6)
- Prime Rib Buffet the First Friday of every month (free from 12–3 PM)
- Happy Hour food deals during select hours

Can I just come for dinner?
Definitely. While Palazio is known for its entertainment, many guests come early just to dine, drink, and soak in the atmosphere. Whether you’re here for dinner or the full experience, you’re welcome.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Major credit/debit cards and cash. ATMs are on site.
Is gratuity included?
Gratuity may be included for reserved tables, bottle service, large parties of 6 or more, & packages. Walk-in tabs are subject to automatic gratuity.
Do you allow smoking/vaping?
To ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the club. We do have a designated outdoor smoking lounge for your convenience.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, threats, or illegal activity. Violations may result in removal without refund.
